No Fried, No Oil, Flax Chia Seed Cracker Recipe
Who doesn't love a good chip! But let's be honest, most chips are not exactly health promoting. I remember years ago, holding a tasty chip out in front of me and having a conversation with it. I said, either you can support and build up my cells or your can't. And since you will cause my cells to age faster, I think its time we break off our relationship, so I did.
The wonderful thing about eating a diet of more living plant based food, there are many options to substitute healthy tasty food in place of unhealthy tasty food. This recipe is a great substitute, call them crackers or call them chips, they are considered raw, because they are not fried but rather dehydrated at a low temperature, which preserves their nutrient value.
